Refinancing!

We are refinancing our home mortgage to 4.75% on Monday! That puts our monthly payments below $600, which is less than the rent we paid for our little apartment in Phoenix 10 years ago. I encourage everyone to refinance into a fixed rate or buy now if you can afford it, before the Democrats "help" save people from foreclosure with the almost certain side effect of skyrocketing interest rates for everyone else.
